Online Class Description
Pilates and ballet exercises to shape, tone and sculpt your entire body! Designed for both men and women.

Beginning Mat work: Learn the fundamentals of Pilates to gain proper alignment and maximum benefit from your workouts. Beginning mat work focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, and how to do the exercises correctly. All you need is a Pilates Mat.

Intermediate Mat work: Now that you have learned the basics or if you're borderline between beginner and advanced, this will help prepare you for more challenging movements. Focused mind-body workout to strengthen, tone, align and stretch.

Advanced Mat work: Now you're a pro! Learn advanced exercises and stretches that challenge your whole body on all levels. Feel new muscles you never knew you had. Focus and sculpt to a new you.

Stretch Class: This is a multi level class. Stretching isn't just about being able to do the splits, it's also a way to bring more oxygen to your body and help prevent injuries. You will learn how to stretch in proper alignment. Your goal might be to touch your toes or do the splits against the wall, either way, this is a great and important class. This is a combination of Pilates, dance, and gymnastics stretches.

Abdominal Trauma Class: If you have had any type of abdominal trauma, like, surgery for a hernia, c-section, or other type of abdominal trama, then this is a class catered to you. I have had 3 lower ab surgeries (2 hernias, and 1 for ovarian cysts), therefore, I know how hard it is to feel your abdominal muscles and how important it is to not over do it so, that you don't create further trauma. Learn to feel and reconnect your abs through these simple and effective exercises. The class is a total body workout with focus on abdominal trauma.

Remember if you can not log on during the live class, all classes are archived so that you can workout when it's convenient for you.

All private equipment sessions are one hour. Please give 24 hour notice to cancel appointment. Full session payment will apply to late cancellations.
